Gangstad Gårdsysteri - farm cheese dairy, holds the distinction of being Norway's first approved facility of its kind. Their prize-winning Nidelv Blå secured victory at the Cheese World Championship in 2023. Utilising fresh cow's milk from the farm, they produce a range of white and blue cheeses, along with the popular salad cheese. Additionally, they make craft ice cream, yougurt ice cream, and sorbets.
At Gangstad Gårdsysteri, you'll be treated to tasting samples of cheeses with accompanying accessories, along with two scoops of the farm's ice cream and coffee. You can explore the farm shop and relax in the open spaces in the yard and gardens.

Notably, Gangstad clinched the title of World's Best Cheese for Nidelven Blå during the Cheese World Championship in 2023.

The Cheese and Apple Juice experience at Øyna Kulturlandskapshotell offers a journey through Trøndelag's cheese producers, featuring a delightful variety of apple juices from Inderøy Mosteri. You will be served a handpicked selection of four cheeses that complement the various apple ciders.
 

Berg Gård operate the farm with an emphasis on the cultural landscape, history, and traditions. As Norway's first approved farm slaughterhouse for small cattle, their old-fashioned country store offers unique treats.
At Berg gård you will enjoy ciabatta with the farm's meat fillings.
 

Jegtvolden Fjordhotell, beautifully situated by the fjord, concludes the trip with a sumptuous three-course meal and an overnight stay in serene surroundings.
